Maintenance Control

  • Control and planning of all scheduled maintenance including required replacement service life limited parts, thereby reducing any unnecessary 'down time'.

  • Review and assessment of all applicable Airframe and Engine Airworthiness Directives.

  • Raising Technical Directives to applicable maintenance providers for work required, and review thereafter to ensure all work has been performed in accordance with the current NZCAA Rules and customers maintenance program.

  • Review and assessment of all applicable Airframe and Engine manufacturer Alert Service Bulletins, Service Bulletins and Service Letters etc.

  • Provide maintenance forecasts.

  • Review of maintenance invoices to monitor costs and budget forecast figures.

Review of Airworthiness Inspections

  • Perform Annual Review of Airworthiness Inspections to provide customers with an independent review and to ensure records are up to date.

Pre-purchase Inspections

  • A physical inspection of the aircraft its logbooks and technical records to establish its condition, allowing customers to make an informed decision before purchasing.

NZCAA Certificate of Airworthiness Requirements

  • Managing the process from when an aircraft arrives in New Zealand to obtaining its Certificate of Airworthiness.

Independent Maintenance Provider Audits

  • Provide an independent audit of a customers maintenance provider/s to assess and reduce any risks and to comply with SMS.

Independent NZCAA Part 119 / 135 Air Transport Operator and 137 Agricultural Operator OMM reviews

  • Provide an independent review of Air Transport Operators operations manual to ensure it is still current to the NZCAA rules and requirements and provide them with information and suggestions to improve their business.

Implementation and review of Safety Management Systems (SMS)

  • Manage the process of implementation to approval of a SMS system in accordance with the NZCAA Rule Part 100.

  • Provide an independent review of customers existing SMS to ensure it is current and provide them with information and suggestions to improve their business.
